For mature locs it is important to keep them moisturized and clean. We suggest using Long Lovely Locks’ Rain Soft Clarifying Shampoo followed by Long Lovely Locks’ Rain Drops Hair Moisture. Blended Beauty’s Volcanic Clean Mask and Baka Natural-Laxer Plus are also great for cleaning mature locks. For daily maintenance, we like Blended Beauty’s All Natural Hair and Scalp Oil, Blended Beauty’s Butter Me Up!, and Long Lovely Locks Olive Glaze Pomade and Coconut Hair Milk.

For Braids we like Blended Beauty’s Kick for Curls for moisture. If shampooing your braids, we suggest using Long Lovely Locks’ Rain Soft Clarifying shampoo followed by Long Lovely Locks’ Rain Drops Hair Moisture.

For sewn-in weaves we suggest using natural hair. It’s important to keep your natural hair moisturized. We like Blended Beauty’s Kick for Curls for moisture.
